Biography

Ayşe is a PhD Candidate in Anthropology, currently completing her dissertation. Her research examines the intersections of migration, materiality, and morality, focusing on how objects mediate political and moral negotiations around migration justice and human dignity. She conducted her ethnographic fieldwork in Sicily, Italy.
